CERCAP, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Philip Capizzi and Peter Cermak.  The company is headquartered in Frederick, Maryland, just thirty minutes north and west of the the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Its founders combined their management experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries  along with corporate finance and business management to create a multifaceted corporation specializing in real estate acquisition, restoration, and development.

CERCAP, Inc.  was established with the intention of creating a corporate entity that has flexibility to offer diverse products and services. CERCAP, Inc. currently provides construction and remodeling services under the trade name of C & C PARTNERS and has been serving Frederick County homeowners and businesses since 2004.
