C & C did an excellent job building our new addition. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome as we now spend about 90 % of our time in that part of our house. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship of C & C Partners was outstanding.  This is a very trustworthy company doing a job of the highest quality of workmanship paying attention to all the details being receptive to client suggestions and making adjustments accordingly along the way.  This is an easy partnership to work with as they are both good listeners and offer excellent advice as the job progresses in a very professional manner and always willing to go the extra mile to please their clients even on follow up.  We obviously have no doubt about recommending this company or for that matter having them do more work for us in the future as needed.

I wanted to put on an addition; I was sure this was the only way my particular layout would successfully open up my small house, plus tie into the already existing area.  I planted my feet and was not about to budge, even though others had quoted a figure between $70 --$100, 000.00 for the structure alone.  Peter & Phil presented a way to keep what I had, re-route the chimney, and give me space I didn’t know even existed!   The price ended up being less than half of what others had assured me it would be.  How many times have you ever got a contractor in to build, add on, or fix ---and it turned out to be less than what you ever thought it would be? 

 What also impressed me about these guys was the fact that if there was something they questioned--- they were immediately on the phone or internet---contacting the manufacturer for information.  The network of people they have, from kitchen designers, plumbers, flooring, etc. are all exceptional and exceeded my expectations.  They all helped in completing and reinforcing the professional standards and ideals Peter and Phil had when they started this company.   From beginning to end---I was told way in advance, what to expect, what was going to happen, approximately how long it would take, ---and the total cost was never a surprise.  Who does all that in this day and age? 

I have absolutely nothing but praise to say about a crew and company that could not have done a better job.  My only complaint is---now I am working like crazy to be able to afford the next project! 

My dogs miss them and so do I!!  I can’t wait to have them back!
